Matthew C. Boomhower, Esq., AIA
Matthew is the owner and sole legal counsel at Boomhower Law, APC based in San Diego. Matthew is a California licensed Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee. Matthew holds a license as an Attorney in California and received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.
In 2023 Matthew was reappointed to a second four-year term on the City of San Diego Planning Commission. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair, a role he was appointed to by the mayor in 2024.
Matthew teaches as an adjunct faculty member at the University of California, San Diego, Urban Studies and Planning Department on courses in real estate development and land-use. He previously taught as an adjunct faculty member at Woodbury University, San Diego.
